Vitri-Flow 

A fast setting, pourable, thick bed tile adhesive.

Introduction and Applications

A fast setting pourable, thick bed adhesive in grey and soon in white. A rapid setting polymer enhanced cementitious adhesive suitable for adhering ceramic, porcelain, fully vitrified, terrazzo tiles and slabs, natural and artificial stone to a variety of dry substrates such as concrete, cement sand screed, plywood overlay, tile backer boards, existing tile bases, vinyl tiles and sheets and internal mastic asphalt. Suitable for fast track applications as it is sufficiently hard that tiles can be fixed and grouted after only 2 hours.

   
Vitri-Flow tile adhesive remains flowable for approximately 5 minutes after which time it stiffens up and can be used as a normal adhesive.  It is specially designed to allow bed thicknesses of up to 25 mm to be formed and hence is ideal for large format, natural stone tiles and slabs with variable thickness. Requires only the addition of clean water.

Biscem Vitri-Flow tile adhesive is manufactured under a BSI approved quality system to EN ISO 9002.

Vitri-Flow conforms to the requirements of BS 5980 Type 1 Class AA.
